Vaping can be categorized as one of the mimicking ways of smoking and some may think that vaping is beneficial and doesn’t harm our body but they are highly mistaken because vaping has its own adverse effects on our health as compared to smoking. Smoking is very harmful for our health and our body and vaping also falls under the same category because vaping does too contain nicotine in its e- liquid and it also contains tar combustion which is equally responsible for damaging our health just as smoking.
